Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Agent with Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our valued guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintaining accurate records and handling guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Staying up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and helpful assistance to guests.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for:

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- A positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- The ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
