Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated staff to work on LGBTQ+ equality initiatives.
- Community Outreach and Engagement: Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the LGBTQ+ community, build relationships with key stakeholders, and promote our organization's mission.
- Program Development and Implementation: Design and implement programs to advance LGBTQ+ rights, including grassroots organizing, advocacy, and education.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, community groups, and advocacy organizations to advance our mission.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Develop and track metrics to measure the success of our programs and initiatives.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in non-profit or advocacy organizations.
- Community Engagement: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse communities, including the LGBTQ+ community.
