We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at Cottage Lane Health and Rehab. This is a full-time, weekend option position responsible for leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring that patient needs are met, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring patient care, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the nursing team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, medication administration records, and vital signs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and patient safety
Requirements
  • A current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Arkansas
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, policies, and procedures
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
