About the Job

This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to postpartum patients. The successful candidate will have 1 year of experience in postpartum nursing and possess a Washington Registered Nurse License. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association and National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certifications are also required.

The estimated salary range for this position is $43.89 - $80.80 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Job Description

As a Postpartum Nurse at Swedish Health Services Careers, you will:

  • Provide individualized care to postpartum patients, focusing on their physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • A Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification upon hire
  • At least 1 year of experience in postpartum nursing
