Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sunrise of Bellevue. This rewarding role involves ensuring the overall health and well-being of our residents through regular wellness visits, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify ongoing needs and services of residents, promoting the highest quality resident services.
  • Participate in conducting resident evaluations and gathering data on resident status, collaborating with the RCD as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
  • Current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
  • Minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $40-$46 per hour, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as paid time off and holiday pay.
