Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Concierge Clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily direction to non-provider clinical staff
- Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources
- Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient care
- Evaluate and document patient care outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience in a clinic setting
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
