About the Job: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Managed Care Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of public health coverage programs, and experience working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and clinic, addressing any barriers to service and helping patients establish Sea Mar as their medical home.
  • Provide public health coverage enrollment assistance, insurance education, and case management under the direction of the Managed Care Manager and Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with our outreach and corporate marketing teams to promote our services and engage with the community.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year.
