Job Summary

As a Clinical Excellence Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting patient safety and quality of care initiatives at CommonSpirit Health. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to improve perinatal care processes and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in Women's Services and quality improvement techniques. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Main Duties

  1. Develop and implement patient safety initiatives and programs
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance perinatal care processes and outcomes
  3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce medical errors and improve patient safety

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree or higher preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience as a clinician in Women's Services
  • Minimum of 2 years of project experience in Women and Infants Perinatal Safety
  • Certification in one of the following: CCRN-NEO, C-EFM, RN-BC MCN, RN-BC-PERI, RNC [OB, GYN, NEONATAL], RNC-LRN, RNC-MNN, RNC-NIC, RNC-OB
  • BLS certification required; NRP certification within 90 days

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $82,000 - $112,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, annual bonus eligibility, and more.
