We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Home Care team in Tacoma. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing scheduling, payroll, and billing support to ensure the efficient operation of our Home Care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide scheduling support to Home Care Coordinators in the field
- Coordinate with Home Care Coordinators and Finance Manager to resolve payroll issues in a timely manner
- Work with Home Care Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Train new Home Care Coordinators on scheduling best practices and Family First Home Care procedures
- Monitor and analyze Home Care department statistics to identify areas for improvement
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide Certification preferred
- Strong staffing/scheduling experience required
- Nurse Delegation experience preferred
- Ability to travel within the assigned service area
- Strong computer and technology acumen
- Strong training skills with a high level of professionalism
- Market competitive pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
