Job Description

Job Title: Business Systems Consultant IV

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant IV to join our team at APR Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational support to partner agencies during the IT procurement and contracting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as a trusted advisor to Agency leadership for the purpose of providing consultation and recommendations to ensure business IT needs and priorities are being addressed.
  • Communicate status updates, project impacts, risks, and issues to business partners, OIS executive staff, and various stakeholder groups.
  • Provide IT system procurement and contracting consultation and analysis to DAS Procurement, Office of Contracts & Procurement, and business areas involved with and affected by the programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensure adherence to standards, processes, strategies, goals, and objectives to meet program operational and strategic needs.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners, including legislative and federal partners.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Superior leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information with various business teams.
  • Ability to communicate critical information and updates to executive staff and various stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with enterprise-wide transformational system implementation.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, health informatics, or implementation of broad-based data-mining systems.
  • Preferred experience with healthcare delivery, health reform, and/or the health insurance industry.
