Job Title: Business Systems Consultant

At Global Pharma Tek, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant to join our team. As a Business Systems Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our IT systems and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Relationship Management: Function as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, providing consultation and recommendations to ensure business IT needs and priorities are being addressed.
  • IT System Procurement and Contracting: Provide IT system procurement and contracting consultation and analysis to our procurement team and business areas involved with and affected by the programs.
  • Vendor Contract Development and Oversight: Provide oversight of IT vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships, as needed by the program.
  • Business Requirements Development: Work with business partners to develop business requirements, draft scope of work, terms and conditions, evaluate existing RFP/contract language.
  • IT Performance Metrics: Track IT performance metrics against contractual obligations and create and modify IT performance metrics to meet the needs of operations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information to various business teams.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines and budget.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Superior leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Experience with Vendor Engagement: Experience with vendor engagement and support request management, including the development of evaluation tools and processes.
