  • Provides direct patient care and performs diagnostic cardiac sonography procedures
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Models proficiency through precepting new team members
  • Stays up-to-date with new knowledge and technologies in the field
  • Contributes to a safe and quality-driven work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
  • Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
