Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with the COO to oversee market medical directors, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care to our patients.
  • Strategic Oversight: Advise the executive team on clinical operations aligned with CoreLife's mission and values, developing and updating clinical protocols and standards of care for obesity treatment.
  • Business Development: Partner with the Chief Business Officer to create care pathways and enhance clinical offerings, identifying strategic partnerships to expand access to innovative treatments and clinical programs.
  • Program Oversight: Facilitate coordination across medical, nutrition, fitness, and behavioral pillars to ensure a cohesive multidisciplinary approach, leading clinical meetings and collaborating with regional operations for effective staffing and workflow.
  • Additional Functions: Occasionally see patients, establishing care plans and prescribing treatments within the CoreLife model.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified in Obesity Medicine
  • Current Medical License
  • DEA and Controlled Substance License
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in a Primary Care (or other Relevant) Specialty
  • Experience in Community Health Settings
  • Effective Communicator
