Job Summary

The Facilities Group is seeking a highly skilled Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective Independent Service Providers (ISPs), Field Management, and other TFG team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify suitable vendors, managing the intake and cancellation of ISPs.
  • Monitor inventory systems and gain a thorough understanding of operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ISPs.
  • Manage databases to keep current records on ISP status and procurement stages.
  • Maintain up-to-date lists of vendors, including rates, terms, and contact information.
  • Proactively assess and address ISP needs.
  • Assist with ISP payment processes.
  • Work with ISPs to resolve high-level escalations and assist with compliance with KPIs.
  • Meet metrics defined by the Director of Vendor Relations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer systems efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage relationships with vendors and customers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking the initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
