Key Duties:

  • Facilitate orientation for new clients and ensure adherence to program standards.
  • Conduct intake evaluations and develop treatment plans with professionalism.
  • Engage clients in their treatment choices and goal-setting processes.
  • Administer thorough assessments and create personalized treatment strategies.
  • Track client progress and respond to any signs of relapse.
  • Implement quality assurance and risk management protocols.
  • Provide counseling services and referrals as necessary.
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques for effective intervention.
  • Participate in community outreach and maintain precise documentation.
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

Entry-Level Counselor: Associate degree or relevant certification, with up to 2 years of experience.

Mid-Level Counselor: Associate degree or relevant certification, with 2-5 years of experience or a Master's degree.

Senior Counselor: Licensed or certified with over 5 years of experience and proficient clinical skills.
