Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient requests and releases, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical records or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
