Traffic Control Specialist

Overview:

As a Traffic Control Specialist, you will engage in various manual tasks on construction sites. Your responsibilities will include assisting the supervisor with activities such as road marking, signage installation, and ensuring safe traffic flow. This role demands physical endurance and the capability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lift, transport, and manage construction materials and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Distribute and level materials like dirt, sand, and gravel using hand tools.
  • Support machinery operators and uphold cleanliness in the work area.
  • Prepare and pour materials including concrete and asphalt.
  • Guide general laborers and implement erosion control measures.

Qualifications:

  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate construction environments.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Active engagement in teamwork and demonstration of leadership abilities.

Work Conditions:
