About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Volunteers of America Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting unaccompanied youth with essential services, providing personalized support, and fostering strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusting relationships with youth using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure comprehensive support for the young people we serve.
  • Offer case management services, including housing referrals, budget planning, and job search assistance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in community outreach efforts to raise awareness of available resources.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, OR a High School diploma with equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with youth is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
