Wireless Communications Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Communications Expert to join our team at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge wireless communication systems that meet the needs of our nation's most critical defense, security, space, and science challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop wireless communication systems that meet the needs of our nation's most critical defense, security, space, and science challenges.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of wireless communications engineers and software developers to implement wireless communication technology solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in wireless communication technologies and apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical degree.
- Skilled in and/or have knowledge of signals & systems or wireless communication concepts.
- Skilled in and/or have knowledge of software design patterns in a language such as Python, C++, C, VHDL/Verilog, or MATLAB.
- Ability to obtain Interim Top Secret level security clearance by start date and can ultimately obtain Top Secret level clearance.
