Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Implement Remediation Projects

As a Remediation Contractor, you will be responsible for managing and implementing property damage remediation projects across all of our services. This will involve working closely with our project managers to understand their remediation needs and expectations, meeting with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates, and scheduling and coordinating work crews to carry out remediation projects.

Collaborate with Project Managers

You will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all remediation projects are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety. This will involve communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Meet with Clients and Provide Estimates

You will meet with clients onsite to assess damage and provide estimates for remediation projects. This will involve conducting thorough site assessments, identifying areas of damage, and providing clients with clear and concise estimates for the work required.

Manage Budgets and Timelines

You will be responsible for managing budgets and timelines for remediation projects. This will involve working closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

You will ensure that all remediation work is carried out to Superior's high standards of quality and safety. This will involve conducting regular site visits to ensure that all work is being carried out to the highest standards, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Property Repair and Remediation

You will need to have at least 5 years of experience in property repair and remediation to be considered for this role. This will involve having a strong background in property repair and remediation, as well as excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

General Liability Insurance

General liability insurance is preferred for this role. This will involve having insurance that covers you for any accidents or injuries that may occur while carrying out remediation work.

Industry Best Practices and Safety Protocols

You will need to have knowledge of industry best practices and safety protocols to be considered for this role. This will involve having a strong understanding of the latest safety protocols and best practices in property repair and remediation.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. This will involve being able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Strong Project Management Skills

You will need to have strong project management skills to be considered for this role. This will involve being able to manage budgets and timelines for remediation projects, as well as communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Attention to Detail and Quality

Attention to detail and quality are essential for this role. This will involve being able to conduct thorough site assessments, identify areas of damage, and provide clients with clear and concise estimates for the work required.

Ability to Multitask and Prioritize Responsibilities

You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to be considered for this role. This will involve being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as prioritize responsibilities to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Reliable Transportation and Tools

You will need to have reliable transportation and tools to be considered for this role. This will involve having a reliable vehicle and all necessary tools to carry out remediation work.

U.S. Residency

You will need to be a resident of the U.S. to be considered for this role. This will involve having a valid U.S. driver's license and being able to work in the U.S. without any restrictions.

Benefits
  • Net 7 Pay

We offer net 7 pay to our Remediation Contractors. This will involve paying you on a weekly basis, with payments made every 7 days.

Flexible Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling to our Remediation Contractors. This will involve being able to choose your own schedule, as long as you are available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

We Cover All Costs of Materials

We cover all costs of materials for our Remediation Contractors. This will involve providing you with all necessary materials to carry out remediation work, without any additional cost to you.
