Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and sales teams to coordinate on-site fittings and customer service activities.
  • Assist with retail operations when not engaged in field service tasks.
  • Maintain inventory in the service vehicle and ensure readiness for customer appointments.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
