Job Summary:

The Associate Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, servicing, and providing preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and service medical imaging equipment, including high-voltage systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, including paperwork and quality control reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in field service or a related field
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
