Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Associate at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting membership sales goals, and maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, answer questions, and provide information about our services and promotions.
  • Sales: Meet and exceed membership sales goals by effectively communicating sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
  • Spa Operations: Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, including the reception area, treatment rooms, and common areas.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Spa Knowledge: Familiarity with spa services and products, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new offerings.
