Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Tax Principal will collaborate closely with a partner to oversee engagements, coordinate tasks, track progress, and conduct final assessments. This position necessitates substantial experience as a CPA or EA, along with the capability to supervise engagements of varying complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service in a timely manner
  • Take full ownership of engagements, including preparation when necessary
  • Maintain strong client relationships with significant contact
  • Mentor and develop junior staff and mentees
  • Engage in business development through acquiring new clients and expanding services
  • Represent the firm in professional and community organizations
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing and participation in firm committees
  • Exhibit expertise in Real Estate and Partnership taxation

Qualifications:

A minimum of seven years of public accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and a Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent license are essential for this role.
