Compensation Package

The total estimated projected compensation range for this position is $156,386-$190,386. This encompasses base pay, currently projected renewal commissions, and estimated new business commission opportunities. Commission achievements are based on sales objectives and compliance with applicable incentive plans.

Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Sales Performance Leader to increase premium volume by selling directly to niche market accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sell to targeted customer segments to boost revenue
  • Retain profitable clients through exceptional service and support
  • Foster quality relationships with businesses to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Underwriting, Claims, Loss Control, Audit, Customer Service, and others
  • Leverage existing relationships to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/related sales background
  • The ability to obtain and maintain necessary P&C and Life licenses
  • Self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver's license and ability to meet travel requirements

About Our Territory

This position serves the Minnesota territory, encompassing key areas such as Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Mankato, Rochester, and Eagan. Residence within the sales territory is required.
