About Our Retail Supervisor Role

At Visionworks, we're seeking a skilled Retail Supervisor to join our team. As a leader, you'll be responsible for promoting our store's profitability and achieving sales goals by holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the store's profitability and achievement of sales goals by holding self and team accountable.
  2. Role model and engage in all steps of the Patient/Customer journey, as well as supervise and redirect associates in exam lane and sales floor.
  3. Support the General Manager in managing incoming traffic by coordinating and confirming doctor appointments and scheduled eyewear services.
  4. Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform in their respective roles with excellence to ensure a flawless patient/customer experience.
  5. Remove obstacles and find resolution in the patient/customer experience with General Manager partnership.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-5 years of experience required.
  • Licensed RS will have a State Opticians License.
  • Communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret insurance forms.
