Job Title: Vice President Supply Chain and Sustainability

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President Supply Chain and Sustainability to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement long-term strategic and operational plans for supply chain and sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to drive supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and environmental stewardship.
  • Lead MSK's sustainability initiatives by driving improvements in resource conservation, energy use, waste reduction, and pollution control.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational leaders to ensure the supply chain supports organizational goals and sustainability efforts.
  • Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing mentorship, professional development, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in supply chain management in a healthcare or academic medical center setting.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability.
  • Extensive experience in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and supplier diversity, with a focus on large-scale, complex operations.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in sustainability practices within the supply chain, including supplier diversity, ethical sourcing, and environmental stewardship.
