Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and innovative individual to join our team as a Bell Attendant at MOLLIE Aspen. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience, and contributing to the overall success of our boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with luggage, provide hotel orientation, and offer recommendations for local attractions and amenities.
  • Transportation: Safely transport guests to and from the Aspen Airport and other locations as requested.
  • Concierge Services: Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, services, and local events, and assist with making reservations and arrangements as needed.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist front desk staff with check-in, check-out, and other front office duties as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent guest service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
