Sales and Marketing Manager

Hard Rock International is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of local marketing programs through creative and innovative initiatives that align with the Hard Rock brand attributes: Authentic, Passionate, Irreverent, and Unpredictable, Democratic.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive top-line sales and increase brand awareness.
- Evaluate local market opportunities and partnerships to identify new business growth areas.
- Collaborate with Operations to manage local resources and coordinate operations between departments.
- Implement successful online/digital/social media and influencer campaigns to engage with customers and promote the Hard Rock brand.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local business leaders, community organizations, and social media influencers.
- Present a professional image to employees, guests, and clients, and ensure that all interactions reflect the Hard Rock brand values.
- Relevant experience in a Sales and Marketing role with high-volume exposure in the restaurant, hotel, or tourism industry.
- Strong online affinity behavior and social media expertise.
- Ability to learn and bring 'out-of-the-box' ideas to the team.
- Genuine enthusiasm and attitude for serving people and creating memorable events.
- High level of business acumen and common sense.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing.
- Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas.
- Ability to effectively pitch and present information in one-on-one and group situations to media, customers, clients, partners, and other employees of the organization.
- Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English and German required.
- Must have a valid UK work permit to work in this location.
