Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time. The working hours are Monday through Friday during the first shift, with a flexible schedule that does not require weekend or holiday work.

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be capable of lifting and pushing weights exceeding 50 pounds, with the ability to manage loads up to 100 pounds. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as performing various physical activities such as lifting, carrying, bending, squatting, crawling, reaching, and kneeling. Candidates should possess adequate sight and hearing abilities, or utilize prosthetics that enable these senses to function effectively. Good general health and emotional stability are essential to handle the physical and mental demands of the position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and packages to residents' front doors.
  • Manage resident garbage cans at designated pick-up locations.
  • Sort and organize resident recycling materials for collection.
  • Assist with seasonal decorations in and around residents' homes as needed.
  • Install seasonal lighting upon request.
  • Maintain cleanliness of communal areas as assigned.
  • Prepare new construction homes for resident move-in upon completion of sale.
  • Support housekeeping staff with deep cleaning projects as required.
  • Assist other staff members with resident requests as needed.
  • Occasionally provide support on the main campus with housekeeping or maintenance tasks as assigned.
