Automation Lead Technician

Join Berry Global as an Automation Lead Technician and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and leadership skills. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated equipment
- Advance trouble shooting and ability to make PLC program changes
- Take the lead in trouble shooting, set up, and emergency calls
- Design and manufacture equipment product control devices
- Preventative maintenance on all automation equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent and three to five years of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and quality. As an Automation Lead Technician, you will be working in a manufacturing environment with a team of experienced professionals.
