Job Title: Lead Home Automation Technician

At Livewire, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Home Automation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of home automation systems, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure home automation systems, including audio/video, satellite/cable, and security systems.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of home automation systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient and effective project completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home automation installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of home automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
