The Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner, preparing the fitting rooms, finding sizes, and providing honest, knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit. You will also be responsible for achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment and collaborating with management to ensure that the sales floor is stocked and organized at all times.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues, and a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. You should also be able to positively and proactively handle customer concerns, prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and quickly learn new procedures and processes.

Benefits
