Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavioral programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with clinical directors to drive program growth and quality
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet individual needs
- Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA
- Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Experience conducting assessments
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
