Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA to lead our clinical development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective behavioral programs, supervising and training staff, and collaborating with our clinical directors to drive program growth and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral programs for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with clinical directors to drive program growth and quality
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
