Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our team, while also providing expert guidance and oversight to our Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regional Clinical Director with hiring, training, and supervising Behavior Technicians
  • Develop and implement strategies for program continuation and growth
  • Provide consultation and support to families and children
  • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on program development and quality assurance
Requirements
  • BCBA certification
  • Master's degree
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in the ABA field
  • Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Experience conducting assessments
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
