Position: Skilled Paralegal

We are in search of a proficient Paralegal to enhance our Salt Lake City office, working closely with our legal professionals on matters involving both private and public entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of standard documents such as incorporation papers, board resolutions, and various agreements.
  • Oversee stock and option administration duties.
  • Perform legal research and prepare essential filings.
  • Provide support for various financial transactions, including venture capital investments and mergers.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, directors, and investors.
  • Aid in due diligence and closing processes.
  • Manage routine corporate maintenance tasks and organize documentation.
  • Accurately record daily time entries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification.
  • Previous experience in a corporate law environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of effective teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization abilities.

This role is primarily situated in Salt Lake City, with a variable base salary contingent on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.

Compensation may include overtime and a performance-based annual bonus. We offer competitive salaries alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
