As a key member of our legal team, you will assist with data privacy and compliance related issues, as well as industry and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a contract review and management program to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with data privacy and compliance related issues, including advising on data transfer requirements, e-privacy and marketing, and data processing provisions in customer and vendor contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams to develop and maintain standard contract templates and compliance policies.
  • Review, revise, and approve non-disclosure and other agreements based on existing forms and templates.
  • Oversee the improvement of Legal Department processes to increase efficiencies and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate legal rules and concepts to business units effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and to triage and reprioritize projects frequently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
