Senior Director, Human Resource Operations

National Beef is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Human Resource Operations to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing field payroll processing, Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, HR policy and administration, talent acquisition, and continuous improvement initiatives for our 10,500 employees across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee field payroll processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Lead the deployment, management, and optimization of HCM applications
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards and support the organization's strategic goals
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies and technology to attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to ensure successful change management and adoption of new HR processes and technologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of twelve years of relevant business and progressive human resources experience with at least eight years of experience leading teams at various levels within HR
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience, Master's in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or another related field preferred
  • Expert and broad knowledge of end-to-end talent operations and management
  • Savvy communicator both orally and in writing
  • Proven leadership, critical thinking, and coaching skills that foster collaboration and development across and within teams
