Job Title: Senior Community Manager

At The Morgan Group, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Manager to join our team. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our high-rise buildings, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional service and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including supervising the office team and service team members.
  • Ensure that all residents receive prompt and professional service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the financial responsibilities of the community, including budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable processing.
  • Collect rent and ensure compliance with community policies and lease agreements.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and counsel, promote and terminate team members with the assistance of the Regional Property Manager, Human Resources and the Senior Vice President.
  • Monitor daily work and professional growth of all team members.
  • Ensure all team members comply with MORGAN's dress code.
  • Complete meaningful annual performance reviews with all team members.
  • Ensure required training is completed by all team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on high-rise buildings.
  • Proven track record of success in managing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
