Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist

The Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ambulatory Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Glisan Street Clinic in Portland, OR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
- Develop and implement educational programs to promote health literacy and empower patients to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- Licensed in states wherever care is delivered.
- 18 months professional nursing experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $54.47 - $87.38 per hour, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
