We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Providence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, providing coaching, and implementing clinical best practices.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment that values diversity and inclusion.

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience is required.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical best practices
  • Coaching and mentoring clinical staff
  • Providing patient education
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
