About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Leader to oversee clinical staff performance, mentorship, and best practice implementation in our ambulatory care setting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to a culture of patient-focused care at Providence Medical Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices
  • Implementation of evidence-based nursing care and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of RN experience managing complex patients, including experience providing clinical education in an outpatient setting
  • National Provider BLS certification and Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome candidates with:

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • Demonstrated experience with progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development, and evaluation
