Clinical Leadership Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Leadership Position to join our team at Providence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
- Leading by example, promoting a culture of patient-centered care and exceptional service.
- Fostering strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
- An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions.
Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $99,154-$152,490 based on a 40-hour workweek and hourly wage range of $47.98-$75.94. Please note that actual salary may vary based on individual factors such as location and level of experience.
