- Develop and grow a sales territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to identify needs, demonstrate products, and close sales.
- Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
- Sales Process:
- Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and support sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) software to record all sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets.
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industry.
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
