Senior Equipment Sales Representative

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Sales Representative to oversee and maintain large customer accounts and to coach/mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a minimum sales volume of $20M annually
- Coach and mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced business environment
- Maintain a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge
- 4-year degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of recent sales experience
- High-level account management experience with minimum annual sales volume of $15M+
- Experience selling Ag Equipment preferred but not required if you have solid knowledge/understanding of Ag Equipment
- Strong sales leadership skill set with ability to Coach/Mentor other Ag Equipment Sales Representatives
