Senior Regional Sales Representative

HungerRush is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Regional Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Territory Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets, and schedule and conduct in-person meetings to identify needs and close sales.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and in-person visits, understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives, and possess strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Sales Process: Execute a consultative sales process from prospect identification to investigating potential needs, conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or related role, preferably in the tech/restaurant industry.
- Strong hunter mentality required to open and expand new markets.
- Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
