  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Send birthday and greeting cards to patients to enhance relationships.
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
  • Verify insurance details and eligibility.
  • Accurately enter patient information and treatment plans into our system.
  • Possess the ability to commute as required.
  • Have knowledge of Medi-Cal and PPO insurance plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential due to our diverse patient demographic.
  • Experience in a dental practice is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or SoftDent is advantageous.
