We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Herco LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and proactively make adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, electrical or mechanical engineering
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project engineer and/or project management roles
  • Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project / MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
