Job Description

This Sales and Operations Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. You will be responsible for providing sales coordination support, maintaining financial reports, and coordinating delivery of orders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide sales coordination support to account managers, including placing vendor orders and processing customer invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate financial reports and coordinate delivery of orders based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on status of open/undelivered vendor orders and negotiate pricing with suppliers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with related work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
