Pharmacist - Delivering Quality Care

At MultiCare, we are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for a professional to apply their knowledge and expertise toward supporting quality health services and patient care.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications to patients, interpreting IV admixture orders, and preparing primary IV/solutions. Additionally, they will manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required and maintain appropriate records.

Key responsibilities include:
- Dispensing medications to patients
- Interpreting IV admixture orders

Requirements include:
- Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
- Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington
- Minimum one year of pharmacy experience preferred
